For question 2 - audience pleasures - you need to ensure you get examples from two or more episodes for each show.
Never Mind the Buzzcocks has its own YouTube channel and you can watch the last four episodes of The Big Bang Theory on E4 (4OD) as well as multiple repeats everyday on TV.
