This is for both my year 10 classes and year 11 class. You will be having a mock exam on Action Adventure films on your first lesson back after the half term.

Watch an action/adventure sequence of about 5 minutes of your choice. Embed a YouTube clip to your post so I know which clip you are referencing. If you are unsure of how to do this, written Instructions can be found here or use the video tutorial below:


—Answer the following question in full sentences and (at least 3) paragraphs:

“Explain how the following techniques are used in the sequence to create effects that fit into the film’s genre:

A – What element are you going to talk about? e.g. close-up, music, jump cut.
B – What is the clear, specific example you will use from the clip?
